ZIP-001 covers three actions:
- Treasury Allocation (19M ZEN) — Distributing tokens across three wallets: founding contribution reserved for Zenland Labs entity formation (10M), core team compensation (5M), and governance reserve (4M). ~80M ZEN remains in treasury.
- Agent Onboarding Grants — 2,000 ZEN each to our first three Dispute Agents (Astrominto, Bizman, Nick_Escrow) as a registration grant + early-agent bonus.
- Min Stablecoin Stake: $1 → $10 — Raising the minimum stablecoin stake in AgentRegistry to better align agent accountability with the MAV model. Existing agents are not affected.
